Green meadows, rocky hills: Are these the Scottish Highlands or a road in the east of Kazakhstan?

It feels like driving through the green Scottish Highlands, but we’re just driving down a scenic road from Bukhtarma Reservoir to the city of Altai in East Kazakhstan.
