The last sun-rays of the day touching the Tamerlan Residence towers are one of many modern high-rise apartment buildings that popping up like mushrooms in Shymkent’s new district Nursat. This new city neighborhood is the brand new city center of Shymkent with the new Akimat (Kazakh town hall) building, a new huge library, a concert hall, a huge mosque and th new central park shown in our picture of the day.
